Lessons learned: Creating consumer-facing AI applications

Quick walkthrough of building Vessium—from start, to now. Initial idea of meta-orchestrators back in 2024. Why certain decisions were made for infrastructure/user-experience purposes. Things I wish I had known earlier. How I would build something like this today, given all that I’ve learned.

I really don’t want to take time away from OSS projects/demos/talks, however. Please prioritize those! I’m more here to try new things.
